NF500 is designed with a built-in heater for the hydraulic as well as an integrated digital temperature control of the hydraulic jack. This technology enables user for an easier cold compression of valuable oil on precise temperature. The temperature can be kept under the control during the process of extracting quality oil.
The machine can work at great efficiency with reduced wear and tear. The speed and temperature of the machine is variable so it can be regulated to the different types of seeds or temperature if needed. This feature in results of optimum quality and the yield of oil.

The screw extruder obtains a gentle cold compression without any treatment for the seed.
It can process gently about 100 most common plant seeds or nuts at low temperatures. NF500 can Process maximum 110lbs(50Kg) per hour. Smaller and softer seeds can be at maximum capacity however bigger and harder seeds or nuts slow down the process dramatically.
in order to extract there are two important elements; 1. The moisture content of raw material has to be at least 7% or below for good yield. 2. The oil level in the raw material should at least be 8% or more.
